Teddy Roosevelt
Addressing the Nation on Immigration

Sunday, July 4, 2010

I have no problem with immigration, however it must be done legally.

I do believe that in these times , immigration should be limited.

There are not enough jobs for the people we have in this country today.

The gibberish I hear about no one willing to take the jobs that immigrants do, does not fly anymore.

Illegals give employers the opportunity to pay garbage wages, and they reap the benefits. Control of illegals would create jobs for the Americans that need work.

Then theoretically wouldn't this cost compaines a lot of money since they are forced to pay higher wages? Wouldn't this cause them to reduce the number of employed?
